The Company's name was on the list published by the National Insurance Commission (NAICOM) on the 13* of August 2026.
The successful completion of the recapitalisation reinforces our Company's financial strength, enhances our capacity to underwrite larger and more complex risks, and positions us to pursue new opportunities while delivering sustainable value to our policyholders, shareholders, Brokers and other stakeholders.
