DELAY IN SUBMISSION OF UNAUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE
SECOND QUARTER ENDED 30 JUNE 2025
Regency Alliance Insurance Plc (the Company) wishes to inform Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX), its shareholders and the investing public that our Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2024 (2024 AFS) is currently being reviewed by our Primary Regulator (NAICOM).
The effect of this is that the Company is not in a position to submit its Unaudited Financial Statements for the second quarter ended 30 June 2025 (2025 Q2 UFS) within the stipulated period.
Upon receipt of the approval of the 2024 AFS by NAICOM, the Company w'ill file its 2025 Q2 UFS via the Issuers' portal.
The delay is highly regretted and the Company wishes to assure the NGX and our esteemed Shareholders and the general public that necessary steps have been taken to ensure there is no such delays in the future.
The Company expects to be in a position to submit our outstanding financial statements on or before the 31 of August 2025.
