September. The Uriaudited
Financial Statements of the Company for the second quarter ended 30* June 2025 (Q2 2025 UFS) was approved by the Board.
The approved Q2 2024UFS is to be uploaded immediately on the issues's portal in line with post Listing rules of the NGX.
The Closed period for trading in the shares of the Company by Insiders will continue until 24hrs after the release of the Q2 2025 UFS to the NGX and the general Public.
