This is to inform all Shareholders of Regency Alliance Insurance Plc (the Company), the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) and the general public of the delay in filing the Audited Financial Statement for the year ended 31 December 2024 (2024 AFS) and the Unaudited Financial Statement for the first quarter ended 31 March 2025 (2025 Q1 UFS) as required by the Rules of NGX.
The delay in filling the 2024 AFS is due to the fact that the report is currently being reviewed by the Company's primary Regulator, National Insurance Commission (NAICOM).
Upon receipt of the approval of the 2024 AFS by NAICOM, the Company will file both the 2024 AFS and the 2025 Q1 UFS via the issuer's portal on or before the 29th August 2025.
The delay is highly regretted and the Company wishes to assure the NGX and our esteemed Shareholders and the general public that necessary steps have been taken to ensure there is no such delays in the future.
