According to the Regulation No. 5.6.1(d) of the Exchange "no Director, CEO or Executive shall directly / indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the close period". The Closed Period starts from Monday 16th February 2026 to Monday 23rd February, 2026 (both days inclusive).You may please inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange accordingly.
