Notice is hereby given that 3rdQuarter Board of Directors meeting of the Company will be held on Monday 27th April, 2026 at 11:00 A.M. at the Registered Office of the Company at D/58, Estate Avenue, SITE. Karachi to consider the (Un-Audited) Financial Statement of the Company for the quarter ended 31stMarch, 2026 along with other items of agenda.
According to the Regulation No. 5.6.1(d) of the Exchange "no Director, CEO or Executive shall directly / indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the close period". The Closed Period starts from Tuesday 21st April, 2026 to Monday 27th April, 2026 (both days inclusive).You may please inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange accordingly.
