Reservation Agreements Signing
"ORILINA PROPERTIES REIC" (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), in accordance with Regulation (EU) 596/2014 and the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, as currently in effect, announces the execution of Reservation Agreements concerning its "Marina Residences by Kengo Kuma" (Agios Kosmas Marina) project under development.
These Agreements concern the sale of 3 apartments of €12,200,000 total consideration and 2 Maisonettes of €6,570,000 total consideration. Following the above actions, the exit pre- bookings amount to 10 out of the 20 residences available for sale within the Company's green complex.
