Issuance of Building Permit for the Hellinikon Project Private Club
"ORILINA PROPERTIES REIC" (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), in accordance with Regulation (EU) 596/2014 and the Athens Stock Exchange Regulations, announces that on December 4, 2024 was issued the building permit for the construction of a high-end complex of restaurants, entertainment center, sports, and recreation facilities (Private Club).
This project is being developed by the Company next to the Agios Kosmas Marina and the Riviera Galleria.
