Reservation Agreements Signing
ORILINA PROPERTIES REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT COMPANY (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), in accordance with Regulation (EU) 596/2014 and the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, as currently in effect, announces the execution of Reservation Agreement concerning its "Marina Residences by Kengo Kuma" (Agios Kosmas Marina Residential Complex) project under development.
The agreement concerns the sale of the twelfth residence within the "Marina Residences by Kengo Kuma" for a total consideration of €5,470,000.
