ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE ACQUISITION OF TREASURY SHARES
ORILINA PROPERTIES REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT COMPANY with the distinctive title ORILINA PROPERTIES REIC (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), in accordance with Regulation (EU) 596/2014 of the European Parliament and the delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052, and pursuant to the Article 49 of Law 4548/2018 and to the resolution of its Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders dated 03.06.2024, as well as the decision of the Board of Directors dated 05.06.2024, announces the purchase of 11,160 treasury shares on 24.02.2025, at an average acquisition price of €0.7997 per share and a total transaction value of €8,924.52, the purchase of 11,250 treasury shares on 25.02.2025, at an average acquisition price of €0.7994 per share and a total transaction value of €8,992.80, the purchase of 8,900 treasury shares on 26.02.2025, at an average acquisition price of €0.8068 per share and a total transaction value of €7,180.60, the purchase of 10,900 treasury shares on 27.02.2025, at an average acquisition price of €0.8000 per share and a total transaction value of €8,720.00 and the purchase of 11,200 treasury shares on 28.02.2025, at an average acquisition price of €0.7999 per share and a total transaction value of €8,958,80.
All the above transactions have been executed through "OPTIMA BANK".
The Company currently holds 1,442,201 treasury shares, that represent 0.9371% of the total shares issued by the Company.
