A corporate brleflng session wlll be held on Tuesday, November 11, 2025 at 11:30 am at the Company's Corporate office situated at Plot No 257, Sector 24, rorangi Industrial Area, Karachi, and also through video conference on zoom ta brief the investors / analysts about Company's Current financial performance and outlook. Details on joining the session will be shared separately.

1. Rnancial Results: The financial results of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2025 are annexed.

2. Annual General Meeting: The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday, October 27, 2025 at 11:30 am at the Company's corporate office at Plot No 257, Sector 24, Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi.

7he Transfer Booms at the Company will be dosed from Tuesday. October 14, 2025 to Tuesday. October 21, 2025 |both days indusive). Transfers received at the office of our Share Registrar, Mls.
