We are pleased to inform you that the share certificates for the Bonus Shares that were temporarily withheld for withholding tax purposes at 10% or 20%, as applicable, on the final Bonus Shares declared on September 27, '2025, have now
been dispatched through registered post or credited to the respective accounts in the Central Depository System {CDS) of the Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited (CDC).
These Bonus Shares have been credited to the accounts of shareholders who deposited the required tax amount into the designated bank account within the given timeframe. The credit was processed in the CDS at the close of business on December 4, 2025.
