BOARD MEETING OTHER THAN FINANCIAL RESULTS

This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, July 30, 2025 at 3:30 pm at the corporate office of the Company Situated at Plot # 257 Sector 24 Korangi Industi'ia1 Ai'ea and also through video link to consider the agenda other than Financial Results.
The Company has declared the Closed Period from 24-07-2025 to 30-07-2025 (both days inclusive) as required under 5.6.1(d) of PSX Regulations. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall directly / indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manlier during the closed period.
