This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the OLP Services Pakistan (Pvt) Limited (OSPL) will be held on Tuesday, February 17, 2026 at 11:00 AM. in Karachi to consider and approve half yearly accounts of OLP Modaraba (OLPM) for the captioned period.
Company has declared, the Closed Period, for OLPM, from Tuesday February 10, 2026 to Tuesday February 17, 2026 (both days inclusive) till the announcement of results to the exchange as required under Clause 5.6.1 (d) of PSX Regulations. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly/ indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the closed period.
