SUB: CHIEF EXECUTIVE'S INTIMATION TO THE COMPANY NOT TO CONTINUE EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT AFTER ITS EXPIRY ON MAY 09, 2026
We would like to inform you that Mr. Raheel Qamar Ahmad; Chief Executive of OLP Services of Pakistan (Private) Limited (the Company); Management Company of OLP Modaraba has informed the Company that he does not want to renew his employment contract on its expiry on May 09, 2026 and accordingly will not to participate in next election of Board of Directors proposed to be held on the same date i.e. May 09, 2026.
Please note that Mr. Raheel Qamar Ahmad will confinue as CEO of the Company till expiry of current tenor of the Board on May 09, 2026. The Board will appoint a new CEO in due course in line with the regulatory requirements
You are requested to please disseminate the above to TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange accordingly.
