This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the OLP Services Pakistan (Pvt) Limited (OSPL) will be held on Thursday, September 25, 2025 at 08:00 AM. in Karachi to consider and approve annual accounts of OLP Modaraba (OLPM) for the captioned period.
Company has declared, the Closed Period, for OLPM, from Thursday September 18, 2025 to Thursday September 25, 2025 (both days inclusive) till the announcement of results to the exchange as required under Clause 5.6.1 (d) of Pakistan Stock Exchange- PSX Rule Book. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly/ indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the closed period.
