12 May 2025 AIM: MPAC Mpac Group plc ("the Company") Availability of 2024 Annual Report and Notice of 2025 Annual General Meeting Mpac Group plc, the global packaging and automation solutions Group, today announces that the Company's 2024 Annual Report, which includes the Notice of 2025 Annual General Meeting ("Notice of AGM"), is available for viewing on the Company's website at www.mpac-group.com and has been posted to those shareholders that elected to receive a hard copy. The Company's 2025 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at the offices of Mpac Group, 2 Argosy Court, Coventry, CV4 3GA at 12 noon on Thursday 12 June 2025. The Board always welcomes questions from shareholders and we request that shareholders submit their questions to the Board before the AGM. Shareholders can submit questions up until 5pm on 10 June 2025 by emailing them to [email protected]. Details of the resolutions to be proposed at the AGM are set out in the Notice of AGM.
