NEO Finance, AB has fulfilled its obligations to bondholders and redeemed the bond issue privately placed on 5 December 2023. The originally scheduled redemption date was 24 November 2026.
Number of bonds redeemed: 98 units.
Nominal value per bond: EUR 10,000.
Total value of redeemed issue: EUR 980,000.

The early redemption was partly driven by the effects of the pension reform - users of our P2P lending platform Paskolų Klubas have recently repaid more of both their current and overdue financial obligations than usual.
