NEO Finance, AB has paid dividends to its shareholders for the first time since the company's founding. The dividend per share amounted to EUR 0.06. The total amount paid out was EUR 252,127 (number of shares during the period for which dividends are allocated: 4,202,122).
"This is an important moment in NEO Finance's history. The first dividends are not just a financial result - they are proof that we can grow sustainably, responsibly, and create long-term value for our shareholders," said Evaldas Remeikis, Chairman of the Board of NEO Finance.
In 2024, NEO Finance approved a dividend policy providing for regular dividend payments, subject to the company's financial performance.
NEO Finance, listed on Nasdaq First North Baltic, operates the peer-to-peer lending platform Paskolų Klubas, provides smart payment solutions under the Neopay brand, and is the principal shareholder of the crowdfunding platform FinoMark.
