On 4 May 2026, a new version of the Articles of Association of NEO Finance, AB (hereinafter - the Company) reflecting the increased authorised share capital was registered in the Register of Legal Entities, in order to fulfil the Company's obligations under the concluded share option agreements. The authorised share capital of the Company was increased by issuing 23,964 ordinary registered shares and currently amounts to EUR 1,859,477.84, divided into 4,226,086 shares granting 4,226,086 votes. The nominal value of one share is EUR 0.44.
On 11 May 2026, the newly issued shares were credited to the securities accounts of the option holders.
