NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE IN THE BOARD OF NEIMETH
The Board of Directors of Neimeth International Pharmaceuticals Plc. (the Company), announces the retirement of Pharm. (Mrs.) Roseline A. Oputa from the Board of Directors with effect from 13th December 2025.
Pharm. (Mrs.) Oputa joined the Company in 1992 and served in various capacities before joining the Board in October 2017 as an Executive Director. Prior to her retirement Pharm. (Mrs.) Oputa was the Executive Director, Sales & Marketing.
The Board appreciates the immense contributions of Pharm. (Mrs.) Oputa to the growth of the Company and wishes her success in future endeavours.
