Outcome of board meeting

Neimeth International Pharmaceuticals Plc. (the Company) wishes to inform the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) and the investing public that at the Board of Directors' meeting held on Tuesday, 21 October 2025, the Board approved the Company's Unaudited Financial Statements for Q3 ended 30 September 2025 (2025, Q3 UFS) and same will be filed on or before 30th October 2025.

Therefore, the closed period earlier announced on trading in the Company's shares by Insiders and connected persons shall remain until twenty-four (24) hours after the 2025, Q3 UFS is released to the public.
