National Bank of Greece S A completes the Etalia A transaction

Following a relevant announcement on September 30th, 2025, National Bank of Greece ("NBG") informs investors on the completion of the Etalia A transaction, which involves the disposal of a portfolio of non-performing exposures ("NPE") with a total principal amount of c€0.1 billion to a purchaser company (Leon Issuer DΑC) managed by Bain Capital. The transaction is capital accretive.
