€10 billion Global Covered Bond Programme NOTICE OF AMENDMENT TO THE TRANSACTION DOCUMENTS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to inform the holders of the Covered Bonds listed below: €1,500,000,000 Series 6 Tranche 1 Floating Rate Covered Bonds due 2027(together the "Series 6 Covered Bonds") (Common Code: 149958983; ISIN: XS1499589833)
(current outstanding amount €1,500,000,000)
issued by the Issuer and constituted by a Trust Deed dated 26 November 2008 (the "Programme Closing Date") (as subsequently amended, restated, supplemented or novated from time to time), between the Issuer and Citibank, N.A., London Branch (the "Trustee") and issued under the €10 billion Global Covered Bond Programme established on 26 November 2008 (the "Programme").

Capitalised terms and expressions used in this notice, unless otherwise defined herein or if the context requires otherwise, are used with the meanings set forth in the Master Definitions and Construction Schedule dated 26 November 2008 (as amended, restated, supplemented or novated from time to time).
In the context of the Programme at the request of the Issuer and with the consent of the Trustee (acting in accordance with the directions of 100 per cent. of the holders of the outstanding Series 6 Covered Bonds), on 28 April 2026, the Issuer and the Trustee entered into a Supplemental Trust Deed in order to amend the following terms of the Series 6 Covered Bonds (as detailed below): (i) the Final Maturity Date and (ii) the Extended Final Maturity Date.
In light of the above:
