This is to notify the Nigerian Exchange Limited ("NGX"), shareholders of Nascon Allied Industries Plc. ("the Company") and the public, that the third quarter of the Company will end on September 30, 2025.
In addition, a meeting of the Board of Directors will hold on October 28, 2025, to consider the Unaudited Financial Statements for the quarter ending September 30, 2025, ("2025, Q3 UFS") amongst other matters.
In view of this, the Company will commence a Closed Period from October 1, 2025, until twenty-four (24) hours after its 2025, Q3 UFS are published through the Issuers' Portal of NGX.
Consequently, no insider nor their connected persons may directly or indirectly deal in the securities of the Company until twenty-four (24) hours after the publication of the 2025, Q3 UFS through the Issuers' Portal of NGX.
