("the Company") held on 23rd February 2026, the Board approved the Company's Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31st December 2025 (which will be published by 28th February 2026) and details of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM").
Consequently, the closed period earlier communicated for trading in the shares of the Company by insiders and their connected persons shall continue until 24 hours after the Audited Financial Statements have been released to the public.
