In accordance with the Rules of the Nigerian Exchange Limited ("NGX"), Nascon Allied Industries Plc. ("Nascon") hereby announces that its financial year will end on December 31, 2025.
In view of this, Nascon will commence a Closed Period from January 1, 2026, until twenty-four hours after its Audited Financial Statements for the year ending December 31, 2025 ("AFS") are published on the website of the NGX.
A Closed Period is applicable to all Nascon's insiders, which include all those who possess information that may affect Nascon's share price. Consequently, no insider nor their connected persons may directly or indirectly deal in the shares of Nascon until twenty-four (24) hours after the publication of its AFS through the Issuers' Portal of NGX.
