A Closed Period is applicable to all Nascon's insiders, which includes all those who possess information that may affect Nascon's share price. Consequently, no insider nor their connected persons may directly or indirectly deal in the shares of Nascon until twenty-four (24) hours after the publication of its Financial Statements through the Issuers' Portal of NGX.
