Subject: Submission of an application for registration of series C shares with the National Depository for Securities

Regarding current reports, no. 11/2021, 12/2021, 13/2021, 14/2021 and 15/2021, the Management Board of MUZA S.A. (the "Company") hereby informs that on 21 July 2021, The Company submitted an application to the National Depository for Securities ("KDPW") for registration in the securities depository of 268,558 series C ordinary bearer shares with a nominal value of PLN 2 each, issued as part of a conditional share capital increase pursuant to Resolution No. 18/2018 of 16 June 2018 on adopting an incentive scheme, issuing subscription warrants with the exclusion of subscription rights, applying for the admission of shares issued under the conditional share capital increase to trading on the regulated market and their dematerialisation, and the related amendment to the Company's Articles of Association, amended by Resolution No. 26/2021 of the General Meeting of the Company of 26 June 2021 on the amendment of Resolution No. 18/2018 of 16 June 2018.
