Subject: Announcement of Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych (National Depository for Securities) regarding the registration of series C shares

In reference to the current report No. 28/2021, the Management Board of MUZA S.A. ("Company") announces that, on 12 August 2021, Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. (National Depository for Securities) ("KDPW") issued an announcement informing that in accordance with the decision of KDPW No. 1001/2021, dated 9 August 2021, 268,558 series C ordinary bearer shares of the Company will be registered on 16 August 2021, with a nominal value of PLN 2,0 each, marked with the ISIN code PLMUZA000019.
