Subject: Acquisition by Eligible Persons of Series A Subscription Warrants

The Management Board of MUZA S.A. (the "Company") regarding the current report no. 12/2021 published on June 26, 2021, informs that on June 26, 2021, all of the Series A Subscription Warrants offered by the Company under the Incentive Program, in the total number of 268,558, were acquired free of charge by the Eligible Persons, i.e. Marcin Garliński (President of the Management Board) acquired 134,279 (say: one hundred and thirty-four thousand two hundred and seventy-nine) Series A Subscription Warrants, Małgorzata Czarzasty (Vice-President of the Management Board) 134,279 (say: one hundred and thirty-four thousand two hundred and seventy-nine) Series A Subscription Warrants.
The Company will submit appropriate applications to the National Depository for Securities to register series A subscription warrants.
