Subject: Information on transactions performed by persons discharging managerial responsibilities
Legal basis: Art. 19 sec. 3 MAR
The Management Board of MUZA S.A., with its seat in Warsaw (hereinafter: the "Company"), informs the public about the notifications received on June 26, 2021, regarding transactions concluded by persons discharging managerial responsibilities in the Company, i.e. The President and Vice President of the Management Board of the Company, the subject of which was the acquisition by the President and Vice President of the Management Board of the Company of subscription warrants issued by the Company,
The Company indicates that the above transactions are part of the Incentive Program implementation in accordance with Resolution No. 18/2018 of June 16, 2018, on the adoption of the incentive program, issue of subscription warrants with the exclusion of subscription rights, applying for the admission of shares issued under the conditional increasing the share capital to trading on the regulated market and their dematerialisation and the related amendment to the Articles of Association, amended by Resolution No. 26/2021 of the General Meeting of the Company of June 26, 2021, on the amendment of Resolution No. 18/2018 of June 16, 2018, therefore, these transactions are not events resulting from the individually motivated investment activity of the Company's authorities but are carried out as a consequence of the participation of individual persons in the Incentive Program.
