(2) Reason for revisions to financial forecasts for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026

The Company refused its full-year forecasts on Now ember 13, 2025. as stated in the "Notice of Difference Between Fuiancial Forecasts for the First Half and the Actual Results andNotice Regarding Revisions to Fuiancial Forecast for Fiscal Year Ending March 31, 2026.' The forecasts have been revised downward once again. primarily due to the unpact of the earthquake that stuck off the east coast of Aouiori Prefecture on December 8. 2025 affechnp operations at the Hachuiolie Mill, issues related to aping equipment, and a decline in sales caused by a lonper-than-expected economic slowdown in European countries, including Germany.
