EXTRAORDINARY ANNOUNCEMENT ON TRANSFORMATION TO A EUROPEAN COMPANY LIMITED BY SHARES The undersigned EU-SOLAR Trading and Services Public Company Limited by Shares (registered seat: 7630 Pécs, Koksz street 127.; registration authority: Pécs County Court as Court of Registration; registration number: 02-10-060424; hereinafter: Issuer) hereby informs the public that based on decisions made by the sole shareholder of the Issuer on 28 June 2024, the Issuer is to transform into a European company limited by shares (Societas Europaea) pursuant to Council regulation (EC) no. 2157/2001 of 8 October 2001 on the Statute for a European company and act no. XLV of 2004 on European companies, with effect of 30 September 2024. After the transformation the Issuer carries on its activity under company name EU-SOLAR Trading and Services SE Public European Company Limited by Shares. The transformation does not affect the business operation and currently registered seat, business premises, branch offices, main activity, share capital, the composition of the board of directors, the supervisory board and the audit committee, and the statutory auditor of the Issuer.
