TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT OF THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
The undersigned EU-SOLARTrading and Services SE Public European Company Limited by Shares (registered seat: 7630 Pécs, Koksz street 127.; registration authority: Pécs County Court as Court of Registration; registration number: 02-20-000002; hereinafter: Issuer) hereby informs the public that on 15 October 2024, the Issuer and its chief executive officer, Antal Botond Rencz have terminated the employment contract of the chief executive officer, with mutual agreement.
