ANNOUNCEMENT ON FINAL AMOUNT OF DIVIDEND The undersigned EU-SOLAR Trading and Services Public Company Limited by Shares (registered seat: 7630 Pécs, Koksz street 127.; registration authority: Pécs County Court as Court of Registration; registration number: 02-10-060424; hereinafter: Issuer) hereby informs the public about final amount of dividend payable on each registered, dematerialized ordinary share of the Issuer, issued under ISIN code HU0000207683, with nominal value of HUF 100 (hereinafter: Shares), related to decision of the sole shareholder of the Issuer on paying dividend. Official corporate action event reference (COAF) on the dividend payment: HU20240612017498. The sole shareholder of the Issuer, acting in the capacity of the general meeting, adopted resolution no. 7/2024. (V. 31.) of the sole shareholder on 31 May 2024, prescribed to pay a dividend of HUF 1,800,000,000 that is one billion eight hundred million forints from free profit reserve supplemented by profit after tax of the previous business year of the Issuer. The share capital of the Issuer consists of 2,500,000 that is two million five hundred thousand pieces of Share, none of which is considered treasury share.
