ANNOUNCEMENT ON
AMENDING THE ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION
The undersigned EU-SOLARTrading and Services SE Public European Company Limited by Shares (registered seat: 7630 Pécs, Koksz street 127.; registration authority: Pécs County Court as Court of Registration; registration number: 02-20-000002; hereinafter: Issuer), with regard to provisions of article 17.2. of book two, titled "Regulations on Registration, Continued Trading and Deletion", of the "General Terms of Service of BSE Xtend", hereby informs the public that Pécs County Court as Court of Registration, by court orders no. Cg.02-10-060424/159 and Cg.02-20- 000002/7, both dated on 24 September 2024, has registered transformation of the Issuer, affecting the articles of association. The updated and consolidated version of the articles of association of the Issuer, effective from 1 October 2024, is attached to this announcement.
