Please refer to your lener dated October 31, 2025 requesting extension till November 27t", 2025 to

hold Annual General Meeting and laying therein annual audited financial statements for the year ended June 30'h,

2025 for LSE Financial 5ervices Limited (the "Company").

  1. In connection with this, I am directed to inform you that you request for extension has been acceded to till November 27'h, 2025 to hold the AGM lay therein the annual audited financial statements of the company for the year ended June 30", 2025 in terms of section 132 and 223 of Companies Act. 2017.

  2. However, please note that section 132 of the Act provides extension in period for holding of AGM only in exceptional circumstances and going forward the Company is advised to ensure holding the AGM for the ensuing period in a timely manner as per the requirements of the law.
