In this regard, we confirm that there is no development in the Company that could impact the market price of its shares.
Additionally, the Company is not aware of any information that may have contributed to the recent unusual movement in the share price.
We would like to clarify that, in accordance with Section 97 of the Securities Act, 2015, and Clause 5.6.3 of the Pakistan Stock Exchange Regulations, the Company has duly communicated all price-sensitive and material information required to be disclosed under Clause 5.6.3 of the PSX timely in timely manner.
