Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that LSE Financial Services Limited ("the Company") intends to place a resolution through circulation on December 03, 2025, before the Board of Directors for consideration of certain business matters containing price-sensitive information.
Therefore, the Company has declared a "Close Period" from December 02, 2025 till December03, 2025 (both days inclusive), as required under clause 5.6.4 (d) of PSX Regulations. Accordingly, no director, CEO or Executive shall directly/indirectly deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the close period.
You may please inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange accordingly.
