KRTL Holding Group Provides Acton-Area Historic Mineral Validation Project Update

· Issued by Krtl Holding Group, Inc via OTC Markets

KRTL Holding Group Inc. (OTC: KRTL) ("KRTL" or the "Company") today provided an update on the Acton-Area Historic Mineral Validation Project, being coordinated through KRTL International Corp. and its subsidiary KRTL BlueSpot Inc.

This is the fourth release in KRTL’s current shareholder update series, following KRTL Holding Group, KRTL Biotech and KRTL International. The project update is intended to explain what historical information brought KRTL to the Acton area, what has been organized since the project was introduced, and what the Company is seeking to validate through modern technical review.

The current Phase I effort is focused on the Go For Broke 442CT 1-8 claim group, consisting of eight federal mining claims in the Acton area of Los Angeles County, California, within the Angeles National Forest.

KRTL Holding Group management stated: “The historical assays are what brought our attention to this opportunity, but Phase I is about building the record and determining what can actually be supported today. We now have a defined eight-claim focus, we have initiated outreach with the Forest Service and the California Geological Survey, and we are organizing the historical and current project information into a structured review process. From there, we can determine what additional evaluation is warranted.”

Current Eight-Claim Project Area

KRTL has assembled the current claim-record package for the eight-claim group and established those claims as the defined focus of the Company’s current Phase I review. The claim identifiers shown on the current reference map are CA101458645, CA101453666, CA102520559, CA101548943, CA101497046, CA101601527, CA101543453 and CA101547233.

What Historical Assays Reported - and Why KRTL Is Evaluating the Area Today

The project was brought forward with historical and owner-provided technical materials, including assay reports and analytical data dating from approximately 1978 through 1988. Historical assay records reviewed by management reported concentrations of gold, together with indications of other minerals.

Those historical results are a key reason KRTL began evaluating the project. However, KRTL is not treating the old assays as current, independently verified mineralization. The Company’s objective is to determine whether the historical information can be tied to the current eight-claim area and whether the reported results can be reproduced through a modern technical process.

Phase I Documentation and Data Room

With the eight-claim area defined, KRTL’s current Phase I work has centered on building the project record. The Company is collecting claim records, historical assays, maps, ownership and authorization materials, agency correspondence and other available documentation associated with the project.

KRTL is consolidating these materials into structured project data rooms so management, prospective partners and other qualified parties can review the historical information, current claim records and agency materials from a common information base.

Agency Outreach Underway

Because the current claim area is located within the Angeles National Forest, KRTL has initiated outreach to the U.S. Forest Service regarding the applicable surface-management pathway and the requirements that would need to be addressed before any field activity or sampling is considered.

KRTL has separately reached out to the California Geological Survey Mineral Resources Program regarding the historical mineral information associated with the Acton area and appropriate technical or agency-routing pathways. These outreach efforts are part of Phase I diligence and do not represent agency approval, endorsement, validation of the historical assays or authorization for field activity.

Federal Infrastructure, Partnerships and Grant Opportunities

KRTL International Corp., the direct parent of KRTL BlueSpot Inc., maintains an active SAM.gov registration. Company materials identify UEI Y53VHEKYTN11, CAGE/NCAGE 20K14 and a Purpose of Registration of All Awards.

This federal entity infrastructure gives KRTL International an established profile through which it can evaluate qualifying federal contracting, assistance, teaming and grant-related opportunities that fit the requirements of a particular program or opportunity. SAM.gov registration does not itself constitute eligibility for a specific grant or program, nor does it represent an award, endorsement or funding commitment.

As the Acton project progresses, KRTL is evaluating appropriate grant opportunities and remains open to additional technical, strategic and institutional partnerships that may support further project review.

What Comes Next

KRTL’s immediate focus is to continue organizing the project record, follow up on Forest Service and California Geological Survey outreach, maintain the project data rooms, and evaluate qualified partnership and grant opportunities.

KRTL has not begun a geological field program. As Phase I develops, management will determine what additional technical review or field evaluation, if any, is appropriate based on the information assembled, applicable agency guidance, qualified partner participation and any required approvals.
