KRTL Holding Group Provides Acton Project Update Following U.S. Forest Service Clearance

· Issued by KRTL Holding Group, Inc

Summary by 6ix

KRTL Holding Group Inc. received confirmation from the U.S. Forest Service, Angeles National Forest, that it is cleared to proceed with Phase 1A geological reconnaissance (an initial on-the-ground look at the geology) and the proposed Phase 1B limited hand-sampling program at the Acton Area Historic Validation Project, a staged effort to check the project's historical record.

Key details

  • The confirmed Phase 1B scope allows for up to 10 hand samples of approximately 1 to 2 kilograms each.
  • The Forest Service advised that access on Forest Service Road 4N23 is closed to motorized use, and that access for the current field program will need to be nonmotorized.
  • The project is being coordinated through KRTL International Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of KRTL Holding Group, and its subsidiary KRTL BlueSpot Inc., which provides mining and mineral-project consulting and project development.
  • Historical assays (past lab tests of rock) and other historical or owner-provided information have not been established by KRTL as current mineral resources or reserves (estimates of minerals in the ground), economic mineralization or project value.

What’s still pending

  • KRTL says it can now prepare for execution of the field work and still needs to coordinate the geological, technical and support partners required to carry it out.
  • The Forest Service confirmation covers only the Phase 1A reconnaissance and Phase 1B limited hand-sampling scope; it does not authorize drilling, mining, production or motorized access on closed Forest Service roads.
  • Any future technical work, grant participation, funding, exploration or project development remains subject to applicable requirements, technical results, agency processes and future agreements where appropriate.

KRTL Holding Group Inc. (OTC: KRTL) ("KRTL" or the "Company") today provided a progress update on the Acton Area Historic Validation Project being coordinated through KRTL International Corp. and KRTL BlueSpot Inc.

Following the Forest Service coordination previously disclosed by the Company, KRTL has received confirmation from the U.S. Forest Service, Angeles National Forest, that it is cleared to proceed with both Phase 1A geological reconnaissance and the proposed Phase 1B limited hand-sampling program.

The confirmed Phase 1B scope allows for up to 10 hand samples of approximately 1 to 2 kilograms each. The Forest Service also advised that access on Forest Service Road 4N23 is closed to motorized use, and that access for the current field program will need to be nonmotorized.

With the Phase 1A and Phase 1B pathway now established, KRTL can focus on coordinating the appropriate geological, technical and support partners needed to execute the field work, while continuing to advance the project's grant-opportunity development and strategic outreach efforts.

KRTL Holding Group management stated: "Receiving confirmation for both Phase 1A and Phase 1B represents an important advancement for the Acton project. We have moved from agency coordination and defining the allowable scope into a position where we can now prepare for execution. Our focus shifts to aligning the appropriate geological and technical partners, planning the field work, and continuing our grant-opportunity and strategic outreach efforts around the project."

Actual results may differ materially due to technical, regulatory, environmental, legal, economic, financing and other uncertainties.

The current program remains a staged historical-validation effort. Field observations and any sampling results will be used to further evaluate the historical project record and help determine appropriate next steps. Historical assays and other historical or owner-provided information have not been established by KRTL as current mineral resources, mineral reserves, economic mineralization or project value.

The Forest Service confirmation described in this release relates to the Phase 1A reconnaissance and Phase 1B limited hand-sampling scope presented to the agency, including up to 10 samples of approximately 1 to 2 kilograms each. It does not constitute authorization for drilling, mining, production, motorized access on closed Forest Service roads, or other activities outside that scope.

Any future technical work, grant participation, funding, exploration or project development remains subject to applicable requirements, technical results, agency processes and future agreements where appropriate.
