Paidup equity capital of our company doesnot exceed Rs 10 Crores and Net Worth doesnot exceed Rs. 25 Crores therefore compliance as per Regulation 23(9) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations,2015 is not applicable to our company.
