With reference to the captioned SEBI circular dated 26th Nov,2018 in respect of fund raised by issuance of Debt securities by Large Entities and Disclosures and compliance thereof by such large corporates.We confirm that Kotia Enterprises Limited does not fall in the category of Large companies as per framework provided in the SEBI circular.
