Pursuant to the provison of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015, tgrading window for delaing in securities of the company will be closed for designated partners and their immediate relatives w.e.f. Wednesday 01st January,2025 and will be opened after 48 hours of conclusion of the Board Meeting in which financial results for the 3rd Quarter ended 31st December, 2024 shall be approved.
