Kaldalón hf.: Share capital increase

Reference is made to the announcements of Kaldalón dated 12 December 2025, 9 April 2026, 8 May 2026 and 26 May 2026 in connection with Kaldalón's acquisition of certain real estate assets owned by FÍ Fasteignafélag slhf.

The Board of Directors of Kaldalón has exercised its permission pursuant to Article 2.3 of the Company's Articles of Association to increase its share capital for the purpose of paying part of the purchase price of the said real estate assets. The share capital of the Company will accordingly be increased by 221,040,000 shares and, following the increase, will amount to ISK 12,825,665,260 in nominal value. Each share has a nominal value of ten króna (ISK 10).

The share capital increase has been registered with the Company Registry and the new shares will be issued by Nasdaq CSD and admitted to trading on the Main Market of Nasdaq Iceland.
