Reference is made to the announcements of Kaldalón hf. ("Kaldalón") dated 12 December 2025 and 9 April 2026 in connection with the company's acquisition of real estate owned by FÍ fasteignafélag slhf. Today, approval from the Icelandic Competition Authority was obtained for the transaction, and accordingly all conditions thereto have been fulfilled. The transaction will be completed in the near future and the real estate delivered to Kaldalón.
