Kaldalón hf. has completed an expansion of bond series KALD 120531 through the sale of bonds in the nominal amount of ISK 2,000 million, at a yield of 4.48%. Following the expansion, the total nominal size of the series will therefore amount to ISK 5,000 million.
Kaldalón hf. has completed an expansion of bond series KALD 120531 through the sale of bonds in the nominal amount of ISK 2,000 million, at a yield of 4.48%. Following the expansion, the total nominal size of the series will therefore amount to ISK 5,000 million.
The bond series is inflation-linked, with a 25-year repayment profile, fixed annual interest of 4.00% and equal payments every six months. The bonds are issued in denominations of ISK 20,000,000. The bond series is secured in accordance with the general security arrangement and is issued under the Company's ISK 40,000 million issuance framework.
The payment and settlement date is scheduled for Friday, 12 June 2026. The proceeds from the bond offering will be used to refinance the Company's debt.
