Kaldalón hf. has completed the offering of a new bond series KALD 120531, issued under the company's ISK 40,000m issuance programme. A total of eighteen bids were received at a nominal value of ISK 3,560m at yields ranging from 3.99% to 4.20%. It was decided to accept bids at a nominal value of ISK 3,000m at a yield of 4.09%.
Kaldalón hf. has completed the offering of a new bond series KALD 120531, issued under the company's ISK 40,000m issuance programme.
A total of eighteen bids were received at a nominal value of ISK 3,560m at yields ranging from 3.99% to 4.20%. It was decided to accept bids at a nominal value of ISK 3,000m at a yield of 4.09%.
The bond series is CPI-indexed, with a 5-year term, a 25-year amortisation schedule, equal payments at 6-month intervals and a fixed annual coupon of 4.00%. The bond series is secured in accordance with a general collateral framework.
The payment and settlement date is expected to be Tuesday 12 May 2026. An application will be made for admission of the bond series to trading on Nasdaq Iceland. The Exchange will announce the first day of trading with one day's notice.
Landsbankinn Corporate Finance and Capital Markets managed the issuance and sale of the bonds, as well as the admission of the bonds to trading on Nasdaq Iceland.
