Kaldalón hf. will conduct a closed auction of bonds on Tuesday, 5 May 2026. Bonds in a new series, KALD 120531, will be offered for sale. The bond series is inflation-linked with a 5-year term and a 25-year amortisation schedule, with equal payments at 6-month intervals and a fixed annual coupon rate of 4.00%. The average duration of the bonds at the issue date is approximately 4.35 years. The bond series is issued under the Company's general security arrangement.

The auction will be conducted using the Dutch auction method, whereby all bonds will be sold at the highest accepted yield. The Company reserves the right to accept all bids, reject all bids, or accept bids in part. The auction results and allocation to investors will be announced once available, but no later than before market open on Wednesday, 6 May 2026.
The payment and settlement date is expected to be Tuesday, 12 May 2026. An application will be submitted for the bond series to be admitted to trading on Nasdaq Iceland. The Exchange will announce the first day of trading with at least one day's notice.
